This Rona location in Bowness has long been one of my favourite locations when I am in need of building materials or supplies. It’s not always my first choice because of convenience. I might find myself at another Rona or a competitors location. But Rona Bowness never fails to provide the materials or supplies that I need when I can’t find it elsewhere. Perfect example took place this past Wednesday. After visiting two competitors locations where I verified on their website that the products that I needed were available, I made the drive to those locations because they were closer to the job sites I was working at. Once I made the drive, I was disappointed to discover that those products were not available in store like their website indicated they were. Apparently the website for those competitors locations do not get updated very often. Then I checked another Rona location and they did not have the product that I needed in store according to their website but when I checked this Rona in Bowness, they had more than enough of what I needed. Once again, this Rona store in Bowness did not let me down.
I have been visiting this location for many many years, including when it was originally a Totem location many years ago.
The staff at this location is always very friendly and always very knowledgable of the materials and products that they carry in store.
One of my absolute favourite hardware building supply stores in Calgary.
It may not always be my first choice to go to because of convenience due to the locations of my job sites in and around the city.
But it’s always one of the best !!

This is a hard one to say if you're going there to buy product staff is friendly but if you want to use there installation service don't. They say they gave you receipts when you got nothing. When you call them h to set it up the first thing is pay right now and it'll get set up in 5 to 10 days. so you don't even know what your quote is you don't even know how they're going to do the project or anything like that. it's just pay money and we'll figure it out later I highly don't recommend using the installation service they give you no info at all I was told a contractor would talk to me instead I get a call from Quebec the head office just saying money and it'll happen that's unprofessional when you want to be drilling holes into a house no explanation of what they're going to do
