Don’t waste your time and hard earned $. Spent over 20k on all my appliances and furniture through them and had issues with our dishwasher from day 1. Came out multiple times to try and fix it and eventually just said they can’t and need a new one. Bought the best warranty they had should cover replacement of the dishwasher only to be told we would only get a credit for had the cost of a new one and it had to be used on a dishwasher at Leon’s. I rejected the offer as my warranty clearly states it would be replaced if the model is available and they still sell it. (Which they do).
Avoid all the BS this place will put you through and buy from somewhere else

The entire purchase and delivery process at the Cross Iron location was stellar. Noor, my sales associate, was knowledgeable, helpful and kind during my shopping for a new mattress, protector and pillow purchase. Kudos to the office staff who submitted my order delivery quickly so that I could have next-day delivery. Leon’s tracking app is very efficient, as were the delivery team who phoned when on their way and were quick and thoughtful. The entire experience was stress-free. Now I’m looking forward to having a deep, pain-free sleep tonight on my new Serta mattress.

Buyer beware! Please consider the negative reviews before purchasing from Leon’s.
My experience with Leon’s was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We financed the Kasey sectional, advertised as a “best seller” , based on the floor model displayed in store. Upon delivery and setup, we immediately noticed a major issue, half of the sectional matched the showroom model and was comfortable, while the chaise was a completely different colour, had much stiffer cushions, sat at a different height, and was very uncomfortable.
Assuming this was a mistake, I contacted Leon’s right away. I was told the incorrect chaise would be replaced within three weeks and was instructed to use the one delivered in the meantime. After three weeks, I was informed the correct chaise had arrived and delivery was scheduled.
When the delivery team came to replace the chaise, the driver initially insisted the chaise I had was correct and claimed the difference was due to lighting. After I asked him to physically feel the cushions, the difference was undeniable. Unfortunately, the replacement chaise they installed was THE EXACT SAME ONE. This time with additional issues the cushions did not fit properly and did not match the zipper size.
I once again contacted customer care and went in person to address the situation. I was asked to leave while they “investigated,” which I refused to do without a clear resolution. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I was taken to the warehouse and shown the same incorrect chaise yet again. At this point, I was informed that the portion of the sectional that did match the showroom model was actually an older version, and the chaise I kept receiving was the newer model. This meant Leon’s no longer carried a chaise that matched the rest of my sectional.
Their proposed solution was to replace the other half of my sectional with the newer model to match the chaise , despite it being a completely different colour and significantly less comfortable. This raises a serious concern: the sectional shown on the sales floor does not accurately represent what customers are receiving, which is misleading.
Leon’s ultimately refunded the sectional, minus a $50 processing fee. The entire experience was a waste of time and an unnecessary headache. I would not recommend Leon’s to anyone.

We purchased a sofa from Leon’s during the Christmas season, and it was delivered today. While the wait was a bit long, it was absolutely worth it.
The two delivery guys were very nice and efficient. They removed all the outer packaging before bringing the sofa into the house, helped install the sofa legs, and then removed the remaining protective wrapping. The whole process was smooth and professional.
The sofa itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures online. Very happy with the quality and the service overall. Definitely worth the wait!

Went in on the weekend to look at couches and dealt with Jamie. He was great and told us to take our time and get back to him. When I returned yesterday to look at a different couch (manual recliner versus power) Valeriia was who we dealt with as Jamie was not there. She told me the sale on the living room set we were looking at was ending that day so we either needed to purchase right then or we could leave a deposit to hold the sale price for one week that would be refundable within a week if we changed our minds. I went onto the website again today and saw the set was in fact still on sale/the exact same price as yesterday. Lying to apply pressure to people to make sure you get the commission is such a disgusting practice. I no longer even want the furniture based on this information and the fact that all the explanations I was provide on paying, time frames, etc, all changed when I went to the counter to actually setup financing/provide payment. You could also tell that Valeriia was getting irritated with my not 'understanding' what she was saying regarding payment/financing but it was because everything she was telling me was immediately being contradicted and I was questioning why. She stared at with me with disdain and laughed at my lack of comprehension of why everything she was telling me was changing once she had my money.
I 100% wish I could have given my business to Jamie as they obviously work on commission and his service was far superior and if I hadn't been pressured by lies to buy right then and there I would have waited to work with him again!
I will update my review once I go in to request my refund and see if I get the same type of treatment as other customers have when it comes to getting their money back! I have read other reviews and see how they try to force your hand.
UPDATE 1: Turns out this couch IS NOT EVEN ON SALE. It is the regular price that it always is and Valeriia just completely LIED to get her commission. Atrocious behaviour to get a sale.
