Went to pick out a headboard/bed frame combo and on the way to the counter we found a table we were very interested in. The associate that was helping us walked away and proceeded to take a call as we were speaking with him.
After, we got to the counter and paid up and set to pick up the table for later on (about 2 hours later). We were told that we could go in with the invoice and they would package and load the table into the vehicle (5-10 mins). We ended up waiting 40.
Not a great customer service experience.

This was a different method with Leon’s than previous ways of purchasing…and all went well. Did my own research on washing machines (ratings, reviews, and pricing). Took advantage of already issued payment card. Ordered washer online. Within 24 hours, received phone call from store to set up delivery time. Received email with tracking information. Was able to do what I wanted while tracking delivery progress. Still received a phone call to say my washer was on the way. Tracker had nearly correct time for ETA.
Delivery was done by “David” (sorry couldnt see other’s name) and buddy. Very friendly, professional, and funny. They were careful with the tight space removing old washer and placing new appliance in same spot. Cleaned up all packing materials.
This was a first in ordering and delivering using nearly 95% automation. Just the phone call and delivery involved a live person. From previous deliveries to this new method, it was smoother and less stressful. For me, Leon’s provided a spectacular service from beginning to end.

This is a rating for the overall service from purchase to delivery. I moved from another country so had to buy a lot of furniture. 10 pieces .
What was amazing:
1. In store service. I went to Crossiron and Pax, who helped me, was the best.
2. You can’t beat the value for money. Leather sofas and quality bedroom furniture for literally ikea prices.
3. Delivery guys were prompt, I was given a correct time and they set the furniture where it needed to be and left
What was less amazing:
1. All of the tables / dressers were brought in boxes which left loads of styrofoam and cardboard. Delivery guys would not unpack as apparently not their mandate. Much less helpful here and I was not informed of this.
Would definitely shop at Leon’s again, ask for Pax and perhaps arrange unboxing / removal if you are ordering more than a few pieces of furniture

The entire experience of purchasing my new bed was exceptional. My salesperson, Sherry, was informative and not pushy in the least. She made sure I was aware of all of my options, and that all of my questions were answered. The delivery was fast and flawless. I had not opted to have the bed frame assembled by the delivery people, as I don't mind doing those sorts of things myself. But when the men arrived with the bed and the lift frame, and saw that I had a cast on my arm, they just immediately began unpacking and assembling everything. I told them I hadn't paid for installation and I was happy to do it myself, and they just said this is too heavy for you to do with your cast we're happy to do it. Thank you Leon's and all of your staff from sales to delivery for a truly outstanding experience.

Our sales person, Jason S and Leon’s sales manager, Marwan, went above and beyond to help us out when the L2 fridge we purchased on December 27 was “dead on arrival”. We got the run around from the manufacturer but Marwan took amazing care of us and dealt with the manufacturer directly. Jason also made sure we were being taken care of. When the L2 manufacturer, wouldn’t help us Marwan found a way to provide exceptional customer service and create a solution, immediately! We have a new fridge coming tomorrow and will never buy an L2 brand ever again, but we will buy at Leon’s 100%! I can’t say enough wonderful things about how respectfully and thoughtfully we were treated by both Jason and Marwan. Thank you so much to you and your fantastic team at Leon’s!
