Decently priced. However our couch showed up with two different foams for the cushions. One half of the couch is soft and one is hard. A manufacturing error but it’s taken months to fix so far. I wish we got a different couch as we only enjoy half of it until the new foams arrive

We were looking for a refrigerator last week. We had been to several retailers but hadn’t found a fridge that fit all our needs until we went to Leon’s. Their Cross Iron store is huge and really beautiful. The staff were helpful and our purchase was seamless. The delivery was spot on with a tracking communication feature that was really useful. A fantastic experience. We highly recommend Leon’s to others in search of home furnishings or appliances.

After the brick delayed an “in stock” couch for 7 weeks, I had a similar couch delivered in less then 36 hours by Leon’s. I know they are the same overall company, but I am very glad Leon’s operates separately and with much better customer service. Great sales and fantastic delivery team.

About 4 years ago, I purchased 2 icomfort mattresses from Leon’s specifically because I was looking for something firm that would maintain its support over time. The salesperson clearly emphasized that the mattress would not lose its firmness and that it came with a 10-year warranty, which gave me confidence in making the purchase.
Fast forward to now, the mattress has noticeably lost its firmness and support. I can confidently compare because I own two identical mattresses (one King and one Queen). When you lie down on them, the difference is very obvious. The King mattress has clearly softened and does not provide the same firmness anymore. it goes down roughly 2.5 inches in the center and i have a lean body.
I contacted Leon’s for an inspection, expecting a fair evaluation. Unfortunately, the inspection process was extremely limited. The technician only measured surface indentation without applying any weight to the mattress. Since this is memory foam, loss of firmness doesn’t show as a visible dip without putting weight — the real issue is firmness under normal use. He agreed that it's not firm but unfortunately they can only measure the depression while no one is sitting on it and they don't have a real mean to measure firmness.
Leon’s declined to take any action, stating that since the mattress was purchased 4 years ago and there is no written proof of what the salesperson verbally promised, they cannot address concerns based on “feel.” (even though, i did prove it to the technician by putting same weight on both the mattresses and king one gave higher depression). I'm very disappointed by the overall experience. they are simply not performing the right test to measure the firmness and just trying to blame it on to my feeling. the literal definition of the word "Firmness" says resistance provided under the "LOAD" and this so called technicians are measuring the firmness without applying any load by simply measuring the dip of the mattress without putting anything on it.
A mattress is a major purchase, and customers rely heavily on the information provided by sales staff. I feel the warranty process is structured in a way that protects the company rather than the customer. This experience has unfortunately reduced my trust in Leon’s customer service and warranty support.
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Leon's. They are just hard sellers trying to reach their sales targets.
