I was fortunate enough to work with Amir in the Calgary store on 11th. He was very attentive and knowledgeable, and he made some great recommendations that I took advantage of. He took down my entire order of 18 items, covering a wide variety of rooms and it went perfectly.
Next I had the pleasure of speaking with Janice in Customer Service. It may have been Janet so I apologize. She was able to move my delivery date to 5 days sooner and I was first on the list that morning. She was so terrific to speak to and help me out.
Last but absolutely not least, my items were delivered by Thomas and Choal. These 2 men were so respectful of the boxes as they brought them inside, they were so careful and delicate as they unboxed what they could and they even installed a mirror to my dresser for me! They were both very happy to be there and I enjoyed talking with them while they worked. They were terrific at their jobs of delivery but even more so at their customer rapport.
It was going to be a toss-up between The Brick and Leon’s for me, but Leon’s had every single item I wanted in stock. I feel I chose very well for that reason but was rewarded and pleasantly surprised for a lot more reasons.

Wish I could give zero stars.
As the owner of a local Interior Styling company, I was incredibly dissapointed with the service & quality of products.
I had to deal with 7 different people to get my client a coffee table, everytime I went into the retail location, everyone was sitting around eating donuts, no one helped me for 15 minutes.
Finally I went to the front counter and asked for help, incredibly rude and the staff don't seem to care about their jobs at all.
My commercial rep never updated me, I had to send multiple reminder emails, finally the coffee table arrived and it was damaged.
Unfortunately I am still dealing with this situation and I will never return.

I bought s couch in the first week on November which was delivered the same week. During delivery the team damaged some drywall and door frames/weather stripping and could not install tge feet on the new couch. It took a week for the tech to show up to install the feet and now 3 weeks later still getting the run around on the damage to my home. With Christmas right around the corner I want this damage repaired and paid for immediately. Will not be shopping with Leons for future purchases.

We bought a bedroom set In September which was delivered a couple of weeks later. The dresser was broken inside and Leon's send a replacement which was even more broken. In the second delivery process, they broke a light fixture and stained my brand new carpet.
We stopped by the store shortly after this and noticed they had lowered the price of the exact set we purchased less than a month ago. The manager, Morana, on phone refused to Honor this(despite their policy) and said she'd give us "store credit" for half the amount we should have been refunded. We were told to summit a receipt for a new light fixture for compensation which we have received no further response after purchasing a new one.
We also have called and emailed numerous times to speak further with Morana but was told she's either not in or in a meeting. She has not responded to our messages thus far and seemingly avoiding the whole situation. We are ready to drop the set off at the Leon's and let the headquarters or small claims court deal with this.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. LEON'S IS NOT WOTH YOUR TIME AND ENERGY.

Placed an order 5 months ago and we were already informed and told that it would take time. The sales rep (Shilpan) was easily accessible and always available throughout this time to provide updates on delivery timing and changes. The delivery process was very well managed with clear tracking on the day of delivery and timing and the delivery people were fast, efficient and helpful during the unloading and setting up! Very good customer servicing and the product is exactly what we ordered and wanted.
