Taking it to the Dyson Service Centre in South Calgary was a right decision. Hamed and Berry provided outstanding service, both were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hamed expertly diagnosed and repaired my machine within 24 hours and also gave me a detailed, helpful explanation of how it works. The entire process was smooth, pleasant, and completely worth the trip. I highly recommend this service centre to anyone needing Dyson support in Calgary!

I brought it back to the Dyson Service Center on 61 Ave SE, Calgary as a last resort. To my surprise, Hamed fixed in short order. I am totally impressed - knowledgeable, professional and really friendly. Can't ask for more. 5 out of 5 stars absolutely well deserved! Thank you Hamed!

- DMDani MDec 16, 20255.0My second experience here with a repair and it was as good as the first. Yes, it's a long drive for a lot of people. But it's worth it. The technicians/experts really know their stuff, and above all else, they seem to care about their product and providing you with a wonderful service. I was thankfully still under warranty, but from what I've seen, even out of it, the prices are soooo reasonable. This is one of those legitimately good hearted and fair companies. When we first bought the Dyson, the price tag is hard to swallow, but the customer service, and care, and stress free experience is worth it. Take the drive, take care of that vacuum!! I even had a more niche issue and they listened and investigated, and actually found the problem.
