  Think twice before sending your machine here . I waited over a month and inquired multiple times when my machine would even be looked at . It never was and with out consulting me just sent me a refurbished machine that is not like mine . I asked for my machine back but I was told no. Their hours are reduced and are overwhelmed by the amount of machines to repair !

  I took in my Air Straight because it had suddenly stopped working and it turned out to be a power issue making my machine irreparable. Hamed Sayed helped me with my issue and sent me another refurbished machine even though I was 3 months out of warranty. Such a nice guy and my interaction with him was very positive. 4/5 bc I had been trying to get a hold of the service center for a month but couldn’t reach through, I had to make the trip to Calgary to even speak to them.

  My Dyson Slimball beater bar suddenly quit turning. My sister took the vacuum to the Calgary Dyson Service Centre on 61 Avenue SE to get a technician to look at the machine and give her a quote to fix it. Hamad looked at the machine and had the initial issue fixed quickly. He noticed that the motor had issues as well. My sister called me and Hamad patiently waited as the information was given to me. With the information provided to me I was able to make a well-informed decision. I highly recommend Hamed to help out with any questions, or concerns, regarding a Dyson vacuum. Thank you Hamad, for your patient assistance today. It was greatly appreciated.

  I brought my sister’s Dyson upright vacuum to the Dyson Service Centre at 61 Ave SE Calgary this afternoon. It was super busy with 3 people ahead of me. I was very impressed with the ways the two technicians were interacting with everyone. They were super patient and friendly and did not rush anyone / listening to all of their concerns and taking the time to explain everything to each client. When it was my turn and I explained the issue - Hamed - who was helping me said right away he was pretty sure he knew what the problem would be and the cost to fix if he was right. He went to have a look and came back with the good news that it was actually much less serious and would cost very little to fix. He also mentioned that he was seeing and hearing signs of a coming motor problem. He gave some options for a new vacuum at a great price for her to consider - but was absolutely no pressure. He reinforced that she could just repair hers and it could potentially run good for a while - or look at the new purchase and get a new 5 year warranty. In the end she decided to do both - do the small repair - which he did right away - and also purchase a new one. Hamed was very helpful, polite, considerate , informative and very friendly - and really felt like he genuinely wanted to help and wanted our experience to be good. (And he did not rush us at all even though I was there until after 2:30 and they were supposed to close at 2:00.) I would definitely recommend this service centre. Thank you Hamed!
