  Went in expecting to have my V15 deemed a lost cause and a long wait for a replacement. But Ahmed knew what the problem was right away and replaced the main motor piece in minutes. I was literally there for maybe 15 minutes total. Very grateful for this shop and won’t hesitate to recommend and return in the future, if needed. Fantastic experience!

  I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but on Jan 21st I took my air wrap in because it was flashing the red light of death. I was out of warranty and really didn’t want to buy a whole new air wrap. The guy who was working that day assured me he felt confident he would be able to fix it for me! Sure enough, an hour later I had my Dyson back and I’m a happy camper again! Thank you SO much!

  We had an outstanding experience at the Dyson Service Center in Calgary, and I especially want to highlight Sean, who helped us back in December when we purchased Dyson Purifier/Humidifier and Dyson WashG1. Sean is truly one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met — and that’s saying a lot. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He is also highly technical and understands these products inside and out. Every question we had, he answered with confidence, clarity, and patience, always taking the time to explain details in a way that actually made sense. He never rushed us, was always willing to go deeper into product features, and made sure we felt completely confident in our purchase. His level of customer care is rare these days. We absolutely love going to Dyson because of people like Sean. The customer service at this center is exceptional, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. We will always come back, and we highly recommend this location to anyone considering Dyson products. Thank you, Sean, and thank you to the amazing Dyson team!
