I called on Oct. 17 to book a furnace tune-up for the morning of Nov. 20. The company usually calls the day before to remind us, but I never received a call, so I phoned this morning to confirm my appointment. I was told they no longer offer furnace tune-ups (even though it’s still listed on their website) and that they had sent my appointment to another company without informing me. As a longtime customer, I expected a courtesy call to let us know about the change so we weren’t left in the dark.

This was really disappointing, especially when your team assured me it was possible. Also your website shows harder to reach will be at extra cost. Still your team couldn’t do it. I also called customer care and was given the GM's number, but after leaving several voicemails, I still haven't heard back. It feels like my time has been wasted, and I think it's only fair to expect some professionalism in addressing this mix-up.

Overall fantastic experience, would recommend.
