- MSM SzlampMar 21, 20265.0Went in yesterday as my Humidifier/Purifier wasn't humidifying. Hassan had it working in 15 minutes, no charge - super nice fella - great customer service. Took the time to explain why it wasn't humidifying and how to troubleshoot in the future. For those that commented that they have a hard time reaching someone on the phone - from my observations: the team here is super busy - it's better just to come in person.

But Ahmed knew what the problem was right away and replaced the main motor piece in minutes. I was literally there for maybe 15 minutes total. Very grateful for this shop and won’t hesitate to recommend and return in the future, if needed. Fantastic experience!
