  1 star is only because 0 is not an option. Worst customer service ever. Was told about the amazing warranty, no hassle, best in the business… I can only assume from the first message Brittney the office admin was in contact with me this whole time. Never been talked to like this by a company Before. Product failed but since I rent, no warranty for said product. Buyer beware

  The handle for my 6 year old honeycomb blind that Budget Blinds had installed broke, so they’re sending me 5 replacements for free. Great service!

  Renee Jamieson was wonderful to work with. She was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products Budget Blinds offers. She answered all of my questions with patience and was friendly and approachable at all times, very pleasant throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend her services.

  Cliff and Brittany were great to work with to get our home outfitted with blinds. They have been responsive to any issues that came up and we have enjoyed the buying experience with them. lots of options in fabrics and styles.

  Cliff Richards at Budget Blinds 112 Ave. S.E. was professional right form the first phone call, thru to resolving a major issue. Prompt replies in a courteous manner. A misunderstanding in the order was quickly and professionally dealt with. Such good service has prompted me to try and sell Cliff, and Budget Blinds to anyone I know. I highly recommend Cliff Richards.
