I managed to snag a couple last
minute Halloween decorations with the help of a gentleman and young lady the night before Halloween. The day of Halloween I am admitted to the hospital until just a few days ago. My wife returns to exchange some of the items she didn’t like for cash or store credit. The two women working on the the morning of November 14th 2025 were just so unhelpful and unwilling to do something within policy. We will never return to this local Rona again. Disappointing.

We bought a standard garage package from this store. Big mistake. Not enough tyvek, not enough soffits, (3) extra bundles of shingles, (5) extra sheets of OSB, man-door was wrong side opening. We used contractors recommended by this store. Bigger mistake. Sheathing - didn't leave proper spacing between panels. Sheathing - not attached to frame properly. Window rough openings and man-door rough opening - framed 1" too high and 1" too wide - had to be furred out. Headers above windows and man-door - they used 2x4 - we failed the framing inspection - had to be redone. Overhead 16-foot door opening - was framed 1" too narrow. Roofing felt - not attached properly, loose staples, didn't cover to the edge of the roof. The contractors worked 3 and 4 hour days, and often took off 4 days in a row. We were told by Rona staff that 2 guys should be able to build this size of garage in a week. After 3 weeks, it was only at the framing stage (no windows or doors installed, no shingles, no tyvek). We got so frustrated we decided to finish the project ourselves. We will never deal with this store again.
The garage package was purchased under my husband's name. We might contact Matt, or we might just forget about it and put the whole thing behind us
