Jason and Travis were excellent! They were quick and polite, and seamlessly installed our new washer. Even though there was an app where I could track progress, they even went out of their way to give me a call when they were 45 minutes out so I could be prepared. Great service!

Excellent customer service! Tracking for delivery time and received a phonecall when they were 30 minutes. The two gentlemen removed their boots and unboxed and placed my bedroom furniture upstairs and were pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

It was good. Just wondering when they delivered our dishwasher and took away the old one why they did not open the new one and take away the cardboard and packaging. In the past when we have had new appliances delivered they would remove it from the box so less packaging for us to take away. Just would be a nice courtesy since they are taking away our old appliance anyway and we are paying for this too.

I needed a washer replacement from Brick Airdrie and Gurmeet and Aman were fantastic. My issue though was with the delivery crew. When they brought the washer, they left the water hose I had purchased and also informed me they could not install the washer and take away the old damaged unit because it was stacked with a drier I had purchased in May 2022 from Brick along with the damaged washer. I was told the only way they would install and stack was if I had purchased a washer/dryer set. This was shocking even though the Airdrie store manager had verified and confirmed with the delivery department that all this would be taken care of.
I called the store to let them know and they were fantastic in resolving the issue without adding any additional stress to me, though it cost me a few days due to no fault of the store. The store manager was off when I called but despite that, he called me to get the issue resolved. The store was able to confirm to me that the delivery team would be returning in 3 days to install and take away the old unit as agreed initially, don't know what went wrong initially.
Unfortunately, the delivery guys damaged one of my doors (not intentionally) but was just a bit frustrating. Didn't see it till they had left, They guys were nice though. Giving an overall 4 star because of the Airdrie store which I would give a 5 star, otherwise it'll be a 1-2 star for the delivery experience.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
