I’ve shopped at many pharmacies, but none have matched the exceptional experience I’ve had at Sheridan Albertsons. The pharmacist here truly stands out!

The Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and provide the best customer service I have ever seen. When my husband passed away I lost my medical insurance and they immediately found a prescription program to help with the cost of my medication till I found medical insurance. They really care about their customers.

This is my second review, because these guys are rockstars. I can’t believe I didn’t make the switch earlier. It’s a breath of fresh air going in to get a prescription here - Ronnie and Cassie help me tremendously every month. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They make the process so easy and judgement free. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never been treated so rudely by a pharmacist. Ever. I don’t even write reviews very often, but this was warranted. I am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. I was visiting family and realized I forgot the syringe that I needed to refill the cartridge for my pump. Thus, I went to the pharmacy to buy a pack of insulin syringes. At first, it was no problem. The pharmacist asked me what size I wanted. Well, insulin syringes are all pretty much the same gauge (tiny), but they can have different volumes, so I asked, “What are the options?” At that moment, the phone rang, so he went to answer it. I waited. A few seconds later, he leaned away from the phone and said, “If you can’t tell me the size of the syringes you need, I can’t help you.” Mind you, he didn’t even give me the opportunity to really talk about syringe size. Flustered, I waited for him to get off the phone and talk to me. When he saw I was waiting, he very rudely told me the same thing he had before. Clearly he had decided that I was an IV drug user or something. At this point, I went to get the manager. The manager was very nice and walked back to the pharmacy with me. I tried to explain that I was just trying to refill my pump, but he immediately jumped in with, “Why didn’t you tell me that before? You could have told me that instead of bringing someone over here to MAKE me do my job.” Having been interrupted again before I was even able to explain, I decided to forget it and just walk across the way to Walmart. The guy never gave me a moment to explain and had promptly labeled me as a drug seeker... Look, I get it. Pharmacists probably get drug seekers trying to get needles all the time, but I’m clearly not one of those people. If he had let me talk for more than 3 seconds, he would have seen that. The man was not only rude and disrespectful to me, but to the manager as well. Clearly this is a guy who thinks he is never wrong and will fight with anyone who disagrees.
