Yes, a pharmacy closed, another pharmacist retired, and two pharmacists from the former Kmart work here together. That transition period was bumpy, but things are in order now. Great service and excellent Covid precautions.
- CCCynDee CornellSep 19, 20172.0Friendly staff all the way around! I transferred all prescriptions from Kmart. Understanding it takes a month or 2 to get things settled. But when I take 2 bottles in for refills on Wednesday morning and i have been in twice to pick up and there are multiple reasons for not being filled. Then today is the following Tuesday and I call ahead and they are only in the "beginning stages" of being filled, there is a bigger internal problem than I am willing to deal with as a customer. I have opted to move my business elsewhere. I do not understand how staff can go home at night knowing they are multiple prescriptions behind in filling. I do hope the issues are corrected.
