    Pharmacist Jordan is extremely rude, yelled personal information across pharmacy in front of employees and customers. Seriously lacking any customer service skills and zero compassion for patients.

    I waited for over 5 hours to get my son's antibiotic filled at this store today and am not happy about it! I had the prescription transferred from another place that told me it would be an hour and a half wait. Guess I should have stayed at the other store, but have never had this experience at Smith's. I have decades of experience working in pharmacy and we ALWAYS put the sick patients ahead of maintenance meds and refills. After several calls with excuses given, I went into the store and was not leaving the counter until I had the meds in hand. As I walked up to the counter, I heard them tell someone else it would be a half hour wait, even though I had to wait over 5 hours for my child's meds. No apologies offered. I will be moving my pharmacy business elsewhere, even though Smith's is a convenient location with a drive through.

    They are fast and have drive up drop off and pick up. The staff is always in a good mood and friendly. We can call in a refill and 90% of the time have it ready when we hit town. Only down is they're closed on sundays but everyone needs a day off.
