- DDDesiree DunnFeb 13, 20261.0If I could I would leave 0 stars. Jordan the pharmacist is horribly unprofessional. He is rude and unhelpful. He denies filling prescriptions that are written and sent in by the provider. The other staff members are also rude. This is an embarrassment that Smiths keeps people like this employed.

They told me I couldn't afford to get my medication so they refused to fill it. They discriminated against me thinking I couldn't pay for my medication. I've never been treated so horribly to get my medicine. They won't even fill my prescription saying it's too expensive and they think I can't afford it. They then said it's no use and they even said my medication won't even work. Don't go here if you want to not get your medicine and be yelled at when you say you need it. Absolutely horrible!!!

When I came back 20 minutes later the pharmacist said I would have to wait multiple hours. When I told her I was traveling to a different state and I asked if she could send my pharmacy a message to see if they could fill it she said they can just try to look it up. But she didn’t have time.
