- ASAnna SwaneyMar 28, 20265.0They’re friendly and always ready to help when you need it. And will try to get you as low of a price as possible if you don’t have insurance. Plus it’s convenient when you have to get your groceries also.
- JJJasonMar 16, 20261.0Arrived a few minutes before the pharmacy reopened from lunch and was waiting with my wife. While having a private conversation with her not directed at any staff a pharmacy employee behind the closed gate overheard us and informed me he would refuse to fill my wife's prescription and would send it elsewhere. The pharmacy wasn't even open yet. My conversation was with my wife, not with staff. Using the threat of withholding a valid prescription because you overheard a customer's private conversation is unprofessional and a serious patient care concern. I have filed a formal complaint with Smith's corporate. Will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere.
