I’m very thankful for the nice ladies being there. Soon as I asked for my prescription, he continues to say we’re gonna need an ID for this. Literally the only thing he said to me the entire transition.

I am a disabled veteran and went into the store with my service dog, I was told by one of the employees to get my dog out of the store. And then approached by manager Ruth, short lady with red hair, and demand it to show his identification card. So I did, my wife and I we’re talk down to, and screamed at about the dog. My dog who is a shepherd pit mix and is certified service dog was so scared from Ruth screaming that he was cowering in between my legs. We were then blocked from leaving the store. The manager Ruth even had another customer come up and had them start confronting us.We were able to finally leave the store, and went home. Went back to get our prescriptions, and manager Ruth again started, trying to pick an altercation. When we didn’t say anything to her she called the police, and had us trespassed. I have filed a formal complaint with the American disabilities act, as well as the corporate store people. Have yet to hear back from corporate. I am asking all my brothers that have served to Not shop here if it all possible. We need to stand together and let them know that this is not right. This is not the first time that we have been discriminated against by this manager. It disgusts me.
