- KSKaitlin SlatenJul 23, 20255.0This pharmacy just did something incredible. I was on hold on/ off for about 5 mins. Eventually the call dropped, but THE TECHNICIAN CALLED ME BACK!!! I couldn’t believe anyone cared that much. Everytime you go in these techs are working their butts off too. I had questions once, and the woman kept scanning her fingerprint while talking to me. I asked if she had to do that so many times just for my medication, and she said every time we do something new we have to do it… I was blown away that she was doing all of it at once, AND still being courteous to me… I probably have leftover small town syndrome from being a Big Horn County refugee, but I appreciate this pharmacy SO much. Now, I tell my kids while we’re waiting that these techs are magicians, and can help so many people at once! The call back just now blew my mind. The Albertsons in powell, and almost every other Albertsons would have just kept it moving to the next thing instead of calling me back and finishing the task they were in the middle of just to answer my question. Most employees put the burden of calling back on the patient. 10/10. Maybe it’s because it’s “OSCO”? I always ask everyone if they love their job when I am in any situation around anyone working - everyone here has said yes, and you can tell they meant it. It’s giving “one less hurdle” in my life.
