  It use to be a good pharmacy but now the new technicians don't bother checking lowest price for medicine or even when asked, and they don't check to see if the medicine you asked for is on the shelf from any earlier doctors okay or insurance. Today 12-31-25 I was charged almost 2 times the cost of my medicine from last month. I called and asked why and a very nice tech checked (Jill) and found out they didn't bother checking price that was cheapest. I didn't know that they are using 3 prices at the pharmacy, so be sure and ask is this the cheapest even if you have insurance. By calling I am getting dollars back with another trip into Cheyenne.

  It is always a pleasure to get my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy. Jerrica and Colby are helpful and always going above and beyond for their customers. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable. I trust this pharmacy and never had a bad experience.

  When I first moved to Cheyenne, it was very important to me to find a good pharmacy that I could trust and feel comfortable with. I am so happy that I went with King Soopers Pharmacy in Cheyenne. Everyone who works there is so kind and always striving to do what’s best for the customer. When I had a problem with insurance, Jerrica graciously figured it out for me. Everytime I have been helped by Jerrica, she has always met me with sincerity, understanding and kindness. I never had a problem with this pharmacy and never left with a bad taste in my mouth. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and always readily available to help and answer questions. If you are in need of a great and reliable pharmacy, I would encourage you to look here!

  They had the opportunity today to make a really good impression. They unfortunately did the exact opposite. Buckle up, this one is gonna be long !! Whoever the lady pharmacist is, she is extremely rude. Acts so inconvenienced to be helping people. That’s strike one. I have two very sick toddlers, been up all night with them both! prescriptions were sent to not only one wrong pharmacy, but two! would’ve just dealt with that, except walmart (dell range) was out of the antibiotic needed for my daughter. Decided to have King Soopers call to have them transfer all prescriptions to them. Super simple. Son’s prescription wasn’t found. meanwhile I am calling all these pharmacies plus the doctor trying to figure out what is going on, found out son’s meds were sent to walmart livingston!! So called king soopers again to have them get that transferred over as well and apologized saying, “I am so sorry I don’t know how the heck this happened!” and that rude pharmacist took a pretty snotty tone and said “um, because YOU told them to send them to walmart…” That’s when I had had enough. The dr was told King Soopers. The mistake was not mine but I am left to fix the whole thing! They then proceeded to call me and tell me that when trying to get son’s meds transferred, they said the dr had called and canceled the entire prescription and that I would need to call dr to have it resubmitted. Hopefully you’re starting to feel some of the frustration I have felt throughout this entire mess. Ended up making kids appt with urgent care to re do the whole appointment and get new meds… That went well she sent everything over to KS that I would need, went to pick it up and then they claim THERE IS NO ANTIBIOTIC HERE FOR YOUR SON. 😑 I didn’t argue, called the doctor from urgent care who reassured me she sent both meds at the same exact time and even stated that “they must really not like you!” So she sent it again. All of this, for simply trying to get medication for my children to feel better. Not an ounce of empathy, extremely rude, sarcastic and stuck-up attitude. I’ve see her have the same attitude towards other customers as well. She needs to go. THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. If you made it all the way to the end- thanks for reading! I am exhausted and so burnt out from dealing with this whole mess I have never once had this much trouble getting meds for my kids before. Just insane!
