I would give zero stars if I could, but I honestly don't understand the entitlement of someone who has a title like supervisor or manager. You Ray are not above the law and cannot search private property without a police officer there and physically present, but apparently sir you took it upon yourself to search several students backpacks that were at the front of the store (like the rules say)!!!!! These boys had no bags and nothing in their pockets and paid for the item's they did have. I do believe you should not be someone in charge thinking you can do something that is for a police officer if you suspect them stealing. Didn't find anything did you sir I hope the company fires you for acting like you are above the law and don't have to follow rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank Kerry for your professionalism. Quickly and effectively answering my question. Thank you for apologizing for your colleagues Behavior towards me over the phone when I addressed the same question and asked for a pharmacist over the phone. They seem to Delight in my frustration & only aggravated it. Nobody likes to be laughed at or humiliated over the phone especially when they're trying to get the prescription and they are disabled or handicapped. If those women wanting to hurt me they did. That's why I had to come up to the pharmacy myself in person. I can't let years of Trauma from kids picking on me because I'm disabled affect my health today so thank you. Both pharmacies were so wonderful in handling this very hard & awkward situation that didn't even have to take place so thank you for picking up the pieces. Thank you °~•.☆.•~°

They no longer care to serve the public's health and I have been accommodating when they lost prescriptions or stole a few pills to paid their bottom line. I will switch everything to mail order. [That should tell you something about how bad things are at this pharmacy.]

Deeply disappointed in communication and customer service. Dropped off 3 scripts after departing an emergency hospital surgery; explained concerns. Tech advised 1 hour maximum; arrived to pick in 90 minutes...new tech says going to 30-45 more minutes...in extreme pain and discomfort waiting over 2 and 1/2 hours to fill 3 prescriptions!
