  Dr. KRMPOTICH and his staff were wonderful at the office, and the hospital experience could not have been better. Best gastroenterologist ever!!

  Absolutely the worst experience with a front office ever! No communication! I got checked in after waiting about 30 mins in the lobby. I get a phone call(after checking in and in the lobby) from one of the nurse in the building stating i wasn't at their facility. What? I talked to 2 office people and 3 nurse durring passing. I waiting about 1.5 hours to be told im going to be next? Mind you , I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and they make you fast , so no food or drink for almost 12 hrs. The lack of inter office communication and empathy of their staff , I highly would NOT recommend this facility!

  First, I had by reputation and in my own opinion the finest and best orthopedic surgeon in the region! Surgery was successful, recovery as well, and staff was professional, caring, and compassionate! However, once I reached the patient care unit, it was horrible ! I was literally DENIED pain medication, I was sick, and my pain and suffering was mocked, and not validated! The nurses had the empathy and compassion of a rock! Unless you can get up and walk out after procedure or surgery I would NOT use this facility! ~ Lisa Thompson
