- MSMatt SchmidtSep 9, 20211.0For being in charge of medications, if they don't have the stock for your prescription, Smith's Pharmacy would rather have you miss a dose or go without it. The will not take accountability or even communicate with the patients on this matter. I was told they are not responsible for contacting doctors or the patients for being out of stock. I will give credit to Levi and some of the early morning techs that work there. He is always polite and accommodating.
- DSDan SedlacekJun 2, 20195.0After 8 years of getting my prescription’s filled at Smith’s Pharmacy there’s only been a couple of times that were slightly negative. They are friendly, professional and patient if you have questions. Every other pharmacy is closer to me but I still go across town to Smith’s. Levi (pronounced levee) is the best employee they have ever had.
