  Every care giver that came into our home was kind, compassionate and helpful. They were respectful to whatever we were needing. They made a difficult time so much easier. Highly recommend this company.

  My mother had a wonderful caretaker who visited her three times a week. She was really caring and helpful. I was working a high stress job and my husband was home with mom. Having the home instead careworker let him get out of the house or just relax. It was worth every penny. I also had home instead help me out a year later when I had been seriously injured and had as unable to drive. I was living alone then and also preparing for a move. Home Instead provided young caregivers who could drive me around, help me pack and just help with housework. I recovered but they were so helpful.

  What an amazing company! Good hearted people taking care of others and allowing seniors to stay where they are familiar and comfortable.

  Most caregivers with this company are not certified to take care of your loved ones. They get hired passing a background check. This company charges a fee for their employees to get trained on how to properly care for their clients. It is not a requirement for them to have that training so most employees opt out. This company charges $30 an hour or more and only pays their employees $13.00 an hour. Do not give this company your money. They do not care about you or your loved one. That being said there are a few qualified caretakers with this particular company who are amazing but they are far and few between. Shame on Home Instead!!! The employees and your loved ones deserve better!
