I could hear her sigh and her tone change as soon as I asked about a medication without a generic name. Quick and snappy toned. Won't be switching to Albertsons anytime soon.

The woman behind the counter seemed quite annoyed that she had to search for it on the computer. It was obvious she was not listening to me when I had to repeat everything several times. It was also obvious she really didn’t feel like helping me. So they’ve lost a customer and I’m having it sent to a different pharmacy
