- PCPiper CollinsSep 12, 20254.0The pharmacy technicians are kind but what I can’t understand is why the pharmacist just sits back there, checking prescriptions and never runs the cash register and doesn’t even seem to help fill. I know it’s important role that the pharmacist has to check the medication before it is released to the customer but they could do a little bit more because the technicians are definitely overworked, and over whelmed especially when there’s only one there.

They talk down to their customers because they don’t have your meds ready when called in days ahead of time and they blame it on the insurance, computer error, or the way the Dr called it in. It’s The same meds and the same insurance every month. It’s obvious that their staff needs better training, and a crash course on how to treat customers with respect. Get it together Kroger’s pharmacy in Warwood.
