    "0" stars it is. Really nice till after you purchase. Took approximately 3 months to get the "custom" hearing aids, which did not fit. After approximately 8 months, still waiting on a Medicare insurance refund because I was asked to pay in full and would get a refund after. After what - I become President??? Many non returned calls, stops into the office at specified open hours, only to be closed. These people have a sadly run business with no integrity. Lost on what to do next. Should never feel like this.

    I went here for a second opinion from an evaluation at another place and I could not have received better care from the second I walked in the door! Cathy greeted me promptly and was pleasant to talk to and made the check in process quick and easy. Clint did my evaluation and took his time and was very thorough in explaining the results and recommendations. I never felt like he was pushing anything on me and I felt like he genuinely cares. He also appears very knowledgeable about hearing and hearing aides more so than the previous places I’d been. I’d recommend Clint and his office to anyone who needed their hearing taken care of.
