    Been going to them for years. Was just told a month ago that they don't accept my insurance and would have to have an authorization sent. They kept claiming they sent one but never heard back. I checked with my insurance provider and they never received any authorization request. We were also told they haven't taken my insurance since 2023, but I checked one again with my insurance provider and they were taking it up until September of 2024. I don't know if they just don't know what number to submit it under or what. It is ridiculous now and they always seem to have someone new at the front desk all the time anymore.

    One star is generous. You make appts and keep them and then when it’s time they cancel.

    This place and the people here are completely unprofessional. I feel for the folks who have real issues who need real help, you are not going to find it here.

    This place schedules so many people and then your appointment is at 10am but you don't go in until noon.
