- KMKayla MedardDec 28, 20201.0Not even a one Star. I have used this Kroger Pharmacy since I moved to Weirton in 2011, had no problems up until about a year ago. The staff is rude, they give false information which can be detrimental due to the fact they work with medication. The majority of the staff can't seem to use the computer program for their company. They have charged my card double then blamed me. The staff appears to be incompetent. I've switched the majority of my medication to Giant Eagle, their staff is at least nice and knows what they are doing. Now, due to continued problems and lying of the staff I will not be getting my medication fill there any more.
