I understand the stress of being overworked & understaffed but does not mean you have to be hateful when I am nothing but nice to you.

I asked why I had to wait 2 hours for a simple urgent med. and i was answered they were busy. Since she was very unfriendly, I went to Sam's and I got imy medin 5 minutes!!! Well they want be busy because of me from now on!
