- AHAlysa Harman6 days ago1.0The girl that works in the pharmacy,that answers the phone, is horrible,rude, and not respectful. Im my 60 yrs. I have never talked to anyone so RUDE. I don't even recall her name. Don't think she said. Not to offend any good workers, but I saw alot of complaints about this 1 . She is making Kroger lose customers in the pharmacy. CHANGING TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. I have only had one Rx there and will never go again. After seeing reviews this has been going on for YEARS. 100% rude. It was day shift. Just look at when I requested refill and and you will know who it was. HORRIBLE.
