  After using Walmart for years I decided to switch and try this Krogers . Today was my first experience and picking up my medications from them . The pharmacist Matt was kind and professional . I use to dread going to the pharmacy every month because it seemed there was always an issue with something. Krogers sent me update text that were exactly right. Answered my call quickly and seemed eager to help . Will be using this pharmacy moving forward without a doubt. Honestly was hesitant seeing all the one star reviews but generally people only write a review when they are upset. Fully recommend using this pharmacy

  I wish I could rate negative stars. Wait times are ridiculous. Over 20 minutes just standing in line before you even get to speak to someone. Then get told that there are only two ready out of the three prescriptions called in over 36 hours before. I will definitely be changing pharmacies. And I suggest that if you have any plans for the day other than picking up your medication, cancel.

  Very poor customer service. They are never friendly or warm. Very snippy. They give alot of attitude. There might be warm people there but in the six months I've used them I haven't found them. I am in the process of switching pharmacies. They also NEVER answer the phone it seems.
