  My boyfriend and I had been hunting for glasses today for approximately 4 hours. We couldn’t not seem to find much in the style he wanted. Then again, i don’t know if it was the style we couldn’t find or if the service we got was terrible. I’d say bad customer service. We were on our way home and he said , let’s stop at Frames. So we did. I have to say this was a perfect way to end the hunt for glasses. Perfection at its finest. Great service, great attitude, and extremely helpful. Might I add very knowledgeable about everything. I want to say thank you to Abigail for being so patient and pleasant. The whole experience was the best. Keep it up guys at Frames. You definitely will get all the kudos from us. Thank you, Julie and Jay

  This place is horrible. They have been jacking my mother around for weeks and still have not received contacts she can see out of. I will not be taking her back here. If you want your money well spent go somewhere else.
