They’re down to earth and you can tell they enjoy what they do and very professional at what they do. I love the fact that they explain and answer questions to help you understand what they are doing. They will work you in the schedule if need be and you are treated as an individual and not a number. They also run their support group meetings the second Tuesday of every month and it so great to see that there others out there like you. Mark and Nancy are very involved in the community and recently went to Rio to cheer on the Paraolympians.
