- JBJustice BurchFeb 13, 20261.0Just called about a prescription for my son and I'm not sure who answered my call because I didn't ask her name, but very rude, poor customer service, if you're going to work with the public and in the medical field at that, you shouldn't be talking to people in that way. Very unacceptable. I never write reviews but that was very unprofessional.

It claims the pharmacy is closed no matter what time of day it is and negates the possible of asking important prescription questions. Not everyone just needs a refill, and we should be able to talk to a person without having to leave a voicemail and hoping to receive a callback. Shame on Kroger for putting in such an unsupportive system, and if the pharmacy has the ability to turn this nonsense off, shame on you for not doing so! If this is what constitutes customer service I fully understand why people get angry!

- LBLorraine BaldwinDec 8, 20235.0Very nice and kind people who work at this pharmacy, I usually go to pick up my mothers prescriptions, they will call when they're ready, let mom know of a not so busy time to come get them ahead, they for the most part always fill everything in a timely manner, the pharmacist and techs are always very kind helpful and understanding. I've also switched back over to this pharmacy after seeing how well they've taken care of my mom. I used to go to CVS on Broadway. They were horrible to deal with, so it has been like night and day difference on Experience, very happy I switched! 😊
