It claims the pharmacy is closed no matter what time of day it is and negates the possible of asking important prescription questions. Not everyone just needs a refill, and we should be able to talk to a person without having to leave a voicemail and hoping to receive a callback. Shame on Kroger for putting in such an unsupportive system, and if the pharmacy has the ability to turn this nonsense off, shame on you for not doing so! If this is what constitutes customer service I fully understand why people get angry!

Very rude staff, they barely acknowledge you and when they do, don't even greet you and instead belt out "BIRTHDAY?" as if you're an annoyance. One of the pharmacy techs; the ironically-named Temperance, is especially obnoxious. Being a former Kroger employee myself, I'm aware that working for that company is miserable - but you don't pass that along to the customer. I'll be switching pharmacies ASAP.
