They keep the coupon but you don't get the credit on your account after they assist you in transferring the prescription. It was zero dollars at cvs and $12 at krogers to fill it but considering the $50 coupon I proceeded with the transaction. It's just a scam to get you to buy at their more expensive pharmacy prices. I called customer service and received terrible service. Definitely don't recommend this scammer.

When dealing with sick people, employees are expected to at least adhere to simple manners. After saying thank you and getting an eye roll, I left wanting a new pharmacy. I am rarely sick, and dealing with people who have chosen the wrong profession only make everyone else more miserable.
