When they did arrive, several spent much of their time on their phones instead of providing care. My experience was overwhelmingly negative except for the same caregiver Sylvia praises, which shows the problem isn’t with every individual, but with the service as a whole. As Sylvia Cooper noted in her review, Susan Wiles consistently showed genuine care, professionalism, and the kind of support the service should provide.

My brother and I live far away from Morgantown. Early on, however, I was able to see firsthand the care and concern the Home Instead team had to do their jobs well and go above and beyond for us. I was able to return to my work with the confidence that my Mom was not just safe, but happy because of how they treated her. They quickly earned our trust by showing us they had my Mom's well being as their top priority. They were responsive to all of our and her requests and did a great job of communicating with us AND helping my Mom communicate with her other family, friends, doctors, and more. I consider us very lucky to have found and chosen this team and cannot recommend them highly enough. Darla, Kathy, Angela, Monica, and the rest of the team, thank you so much!
