  I highly recommend this gym in Martinsburg. Mr. Wes and his team consistently provide an exceptional experience and truly operate a five-star facility. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk staff member who always has a smile and makes everyone feel comfortable. The entire facility is well-maintained, with top-quality equipment, clean bathrooms, and an overall atmosphere that reflects professionalism and care. One standout feature is the pool area. The staff member responsible for maintaining the pool does an outstanding job keeping both the saltwater pool and hot tub crystal clear. The saltwater pool is gentle on the skin, and the water temperature is always perfectly maintained. After a workout or time in the sauna, relaxing in the hot tub is the perfect way to finish the day. What truly sets this gym apart is how the staff treat members—with respect, attentiveness, and genuine care. They are always willing to answer questions and make sure everyone feels valued. Thank you to Mr. Wes and the entire team for creating such a positive and welcoming environment. Please keep up the great work!

  I would give five stars if they changed the hours to match the one in the valley mall. Valley mall opens earlier and stays open later every single day. Closing early Saturday and Sunday is diabolical when people work during the week and only get the chance to really workout on the weekend.

  Nice facility with lots of classes and machines. Pool is nice, needs a lifeguard or attendant to supervise lap swimming sharing and underage kids in the hot tub. Women's locker room showers water is often freezing cold or lukewarm.

  Jay Alsopp signed me up! He went through all membership options. There was no pressure to sign. A tour of the facility was all I needed to join. I am 70 and assumed a gym was for the fit!! Most of my classes are seniors like me! I take all the water aerobics and silver sneakers classes! I am getting stronger while having fun. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facility is clean and top quality equipment. So many classes for all shapes and sizes! I highly recommend OneLife Martinsburg!
