They were nice and all.. but my exam was rushed through and definitely wasn't thorough. The prescription I was given made me SO nauseous and off balance. I forced myself to wear them for 4 days to try and "adjust" and it was horrible. When comparing my old prescription (which I even showed them on my old contacts boxes) from my "old" eye doctor (who is a little further away from us now - hence why I tried this location for the first time) to the new prescription they gave me here I was bumped clear up from a 3 to a 4 (sphere) in one of my eyes. Such a huge/unnecessary jump. I've never in my life had an issue like this with a prescription. I'm not posting this to be ugly just sharing my personal experience and honest review.. after getting my prescription, I went and picked out frames at Wal-Mart and ordered them and I even ordered a back up pair of glasses from an online site and had to go return those and am now waiting for the store credit to hit my account so I can re order them with the correct prescription.. and had to go obviously get this corrected back at my old eye doctor.. and then had to go back to Wal-Mart to get my glasses from there sent back out to be fixed with the proper prescription. So frustrating.. Sometimes convenience isn't always the best option.

Doctor never shows up on time. Wait 2 months to get an 8am appt so I get to work in time, then get stuck sitting outside 20 mins for people to show up to work. Then, of course, the appt is rushed because she’s behind. Also, she isn’t the nicest or most professional person. I’ll be looking for a new eye doc before the next visit. Same issue every single time.

60$ for a contact lens “ fitting “ for my teen daughter. She is new to contacts and was having trouble getting them in. We were told to go home and practice touching her eye and come back. 60$ and no practice contacts to try at home. We can’t keep missing work and school for this. I had contacts at 13 years old and learned to put them in at home, where I could take my time and practice. Ridiculous

I have had contact lenses since I was 7 years old. I went here today because they are where I got my eye prescription at recently. I suffered a stroke from Covid complications and the old lady here refused to give me contacts because one of my hands has limited function because of neurological damage caused by the stroke. She literally said it’s her opinion and she wouldn’t do it. I’m now going to find an eye doctor that doesn’t discriminate against people with disabilities. Gross doctor
