Everyone minds their own business, but if someone were to need held with something (like a spot) there’d be people kind enough to help. The staff are all courteous and kind. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The lockers are adequately secure. The water fountains are sufficient and clean. The machines are all in excellent working condition. My only wish is that there were free standing weights, but of course that’s not part of any planet fitness I’ve ever been to. If you’re wanting to do massive powerlifting stuff, like, competitive level, it’s not the gym for you probably, but cardio, regular lifting and the like are covered. The “pro” features are all good too, and are in great shape and clean. I have cancelled my membership before due to moving away and cancellation is formal but easy.
