  I came by this evening to get my medications that were suppose to be ready by 5pm as they were sent in by 9 am this morning. I was at the drive through and rang the bell, no one came, so I thought maybe I had not pushed it hard enough. So I did it again. A lady came to the window and rudely asked what I wanted. I told her I was there to pick up my prescriptions.She explained that they wouldn't be ready for pick up till tomorrow afternoon. I said ok, but my phone app said they'd be ready by 5....And before I could drive off she said you don't have to ring the buzzer more than once. Now I'm wondering if they were ready for pick up but she got upset at me buzzing her more than once ..just my opinion!! And whoever you were, if you were having a bad day I'm sorry I have bad days too, if that is the case then I hope you have a better day tomorrow!!

  The Pharmacist is so nice and helpful. I dont feel judged when picking up my prescriptions and they always answer any questions I may have.

  Wow. I am a veteran with VA coverage. If you have VA coverage, be stern about the information you share with them for authorization. When I came in, I had all of the information needed for billing on a printout. I was told that my provider was out of network (even though they 100% are and I found them on the VA Optim website). I was then provided a phone # that got me nowhere. I then called multiple other numbers with no luck accessing a human. I drove back to the doctor's office and had them send my prescription elsewhere. On my way to the new pharmacy, I get a text that my meds are ready with $0 charge. I went back and was told they were ready and processed correctly but since my doctor canceled them. I had to go through the entire process all over again. I came back and was told "there was a mix of your old info and new info and that's why it didn't go through" even though ....I literally brought in a print out with the exact information needed. ALL of this could've been avoided if the tech had just read the paper thoroughly and this is not the first time this has happened with Kroger. This interfered with my entire morning making me late for my existing prescription meds and prolonged my pain and treatment. I'm glad they finally figured it out, but good heavens.......be aware if you're a veteran, you may have to jump through a million hoops to get your meds.
