  This is THE WORST PHARMACY there is. They always make excuses for not having prescriptions ready. They blame it on the patient. The blame always goes somewhere else, never They're laziness.

  Most of the pharmacists are pretty good and helpful. Sometimes you'll get a few that I don't think are regulars but might fill in that are rude and have no clue what they are talking about. The other staff here are just rude as anything, though. They will be standing there gabbing with customers or each other about small talk stuff-not medication related-and ignore you while you wait. Then if you dare say anything they get snappy at you. I'm sorry but the person you're gabbing to can pause and you can do your job and then go back to the conversation after you've done your job. I don't expect people working those jobs to not have conversations, but at least do your job and still treat other customers like human beings first. I once had to call up management to get my Rx's because the lady was so rude to me. I try to be understanding, because I know personally customer service jobs are awful. Many customers are indeed rude, but as a CS rep you don't get to take that it on customers that don't deserve it. And you always assume each new customer doesn't deserve it until they prove otherwise. You also don't get to act like customers are a burden if they ask you relevant questions and you don't want to take the time to answer or get the customer help to get answered.

  i love Kroger Market but Here is what happened at the pharmacy, i went to drop my daughter (3 years old) prescription and they pharmacy Tech couldn't verify the account on the system and she asked me to give her a time to do it, i walked through the store for 30 min and came back to her she said the insurance system is down and asked me to leave the prescription to next day until the try again with the insurance i came next day asking about the prescription and nothing has been done, they didn't even try to call the insurance again while i'm standing i took the prescription and went to CVS and they were professional enough to deal with it Thanks CVS
