- CTChris TorlishJan 13, 20205.0I have been picking up my prescriptions at this location for years and while the staff is always friendly and accommodating tonight I witnessed something that just blew my mind. I was there picking up my prescription as usual and overheard the store manager reprimanding one of her pharmacy technicians right out there in front of myself and other customers. Now I may not work in a pharmacy but I do know if my insurance doesn’t go through it is not the technicians fault and I have to resolve the issue with my insurance provider. The technicians here work very hard and don’t deserve treatment like this from their rude, unprofessional store manager. I give the pharmacy 5 stars for their hard work and an extra 5 stars for having to put up with that nonsense. As for Kroger I give them a negative 5 stars for employing such people and allowing them to treat the other employees so badly.
