What started out as a root canal turned into an extraction. My tooth was not cooperative. The Tech was very patient and explained everything to me as we went along. I was not happy about the procedure, I am not fond of dentists.
Dr Jarrell has consistantly been soft spoken, informative and patient. After 2 hours finally had the tooth pulled it was definately not compliant.
I am taking meds as prescribed, my jaw is not sore. I am extremely happy with my experience and I highly recommend Liberty Dental.

Don’t even deserve one star but they had to get one 😂 For starters I was told to pull out all of my teeth!! I’m sorry what my teeth r crooked and I had some cavities AS MOST PEOPLE DO ok whatever for SECOND dental assistants were told to numb me while the dentist went out and they were just sitting there laughing and giggling like stupid middle school girls and didn’t numb me and the dentist straight up put just the needle all in my gums again whatever I was told by a ginger dentist shadowing I only needed A FILLING on my cavity after being told three times to send a Referal for braces they finally get one and I have an appointment at 10 am for my braces therefore I need that last cavity that’s been a cavity for a MONTHS because they wanna take there SWWEEEET old time so they get worse and they get more money 😂 anyway I told them I needed that cavity filled or whatever they want to do to please their pockets and I had my appointment after being told it doesn’t need a root Canal LIKE I SAID BEFORE but they sat there arguing with me otp that it needed one the dentist AFTER I CALLED AND AFTER I TOLD HIM THAT I have an orthodontist appointment TODAY says ok bye see u at the next appointment schedule it to be fixed? Hahaha ur a joke nope I think I’m good I will find another dentist even if I gatta drive 2 hours to my old one LIBERTY DENTAL IS A BIG JOKE AND NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY

I haven’t been to the dentist in several years but I finally pushed myself to go . I felt very comfortable and everything went in a reasonable amount of time . Staff was extremely friendly . All of them . I can’t wait to go back and get my teeth repaired there. Ok well I went back for my second visit to get my crowns put in and went in at 730 am to 940 am to get my teeth drilled down for my crowns . Had the same assistant dr came in didnt say much and then done his part and left out of room . The assistant made sure I understood what was going on and all since I had explained I read lips for the most part. Well I come back at 230 and get placed in chair different assistant same female dr I’d seen earlier came in. And started putting my crowns in after the numbing. Well she got first one in and 2nd one in but when she got to the 3rd one the female dr couldn’t get it in to look right so the male dr comes in and u can clearly sense that hes aggervared by his demeanor . He keeps trying to fit the 3rd one in and it won’t go so he literally grabs the same thing that drills your teeth and u can feel him take and knock another chunk out of my front tooth . He places it on there and leaves the room I am showed my teeth after he gets done with the 3rd one . I explained that I was not happy with the gap in my teeth being as it was bigger than the one I had before. The female then goes and gets the dr he explains that my teeth would have had to been wider to have been together and all this. Who wants to go get 5 front crowns on top and have it look worse in spacing than it did when I came in?? Not me. I’m guessing it was closing time and they may have had a long day but if one assistant can take the time and patience to do their job properly then I don’t see why they all cant. Now don’t get me wrong my crowns are nice crowns but they obviously could have came up with a solution of how to fix spacing at the very least , not left my tooth apart farther than they were when started. I waited on a dr to come ask me u know what I was wanting or felt I needed before making the crowns. I know they messed my tooth up that holds the crown and Ialso know my teeth could look better than they do . Please if u choose this place make sure that they listen to your concerns and not just blow u off like they did me make sure they listen and if they don’t then keep on untill u find someone that will.

Everyone was very kind at my consultation but after checking my insurance there was still $2,000 left for me to pay...they gave some options for financing and I was told that if i qualified to call back and we could get things going. So i was successful with the financing only it wasnt the entirety but still enough that i could pay cash for the rest.i called back several times and left messages but never received a reply. After 2 weeks I just decided to go somewhere else- well insurance wont pay for those xrays to be taken again so i had to drive back to their office with a signed medical release form to have those xrays sent so i could at least try to receive the help i desperately need somewhere else...i was told no problem- theyd send them that day...here we are a week later and still waiting even after leaving several more messages! Very annoying and unprofessional!
