I recently had dental work at Liberty. I had several teeth cut out. Immediately after I could feel a large piece of tooth protruding from my gum, I informed the dentist who looked at it and insisted it was stitches not a tooth. It was very painful and they insisted I wear top dentures immediately. The dentures were clearly too big and it was immensely painful but I attempt. The were so loose I had to have gauze to hold them in. I had attempted to have the situation addressed while I was there because I lived a distance away and could not just run back the next day. I was sent home in pain with top dentures stuffed in with gauze. I couldn't talk, eat ect. Later that day I had to remove them because the pain was immense. At home in the mirror I could clearly see a large piece of tooth protruding from my gum as well as a large chunk of gum cut out. It was swollen and very sensitive. As explained to Liberty I could not come back in until the following week due to distance/transportation. I called in and asked if the dentist would call in antibiotics....he said he could not until I was able to come into office. So I'm here in extreme pain trying to function with swollen gums for the next
6 days. I hope this can be handled upon my return visit but that's several days away. I found Liberty very difficult to work with once my teeth was extracted. Had the dentist taken the time he could have seen the remaining shards of tooth. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend. I hope the situation improves but at the moment I am focused on the pain, which I'm sure an antibiotic would have helped with.

All the staff I've dealt with have been great, even when I mixed up my first appointment time they didn't turn me away and still got me in fairly quick instead of not seeing me or rescheduling my appointment

I had the absolute WORST dental experience EVER at this place and would NEVER go back! The dental assistant kept cutting my gums while she was trying to get the pictures of my teeth. Never had that happen before. When the dental hygienist came in to check my teeth the assistant KEPT putting the numbers in the computer wrong. I thought I was going to be getting my teeth cleaned. Apparently I had to schedule another appointment for that. What a waste of time!! Take 10 more minutes to clean the teeth while people are already there. The assistant automatically scheduled my appointment to come back for my cleaning and didn’t ask me what time of day worked better for me or even confirm if the date she scheduled would work for me. I requested that they email me a copy of my X-rays and was told that it had to be “approved” for them to send them and could take up to 48 hours…. Approved for me to get the X-rays that I paid for!!! RUN RUN RUN. Do not go to this wacky place.
