Have never just not shown up. Was told it would be considered the 3rd and she’d have to ask to see if they would allow the reschedule. As a mom of small children this is ridiculous.

Although only my daughter, little brother ,and i were being seen. We always rescheduled if we could not make it to an appointment. That’s no reason to kick all of my family out of her practice because things happen. I think it’s quite rude and questionable to me . I would not recommend going here at all you could loose your spot anyday.
- FFfun fl0werzMay 10, 20161.0Very dissatisfied with this dentist! I went in to have teeth checked and they refused to look at any other teeth but one and I knew of three cavities that needed filled. When they tried to take pictures of the bad tooth they put the camera in my mouth and kept jamming it in the roof and told me to close my mouth around it but I couldn't because of the pain. And they said I was gagging. I could've taken a better picture. My husband also went (and has very bad teeth) they said only one bad tooth and needed cleaning. Didn't prescribe antibiotics to him and he has a terrible infection in his mouth and it has gotten worse since seeing her. Paid $490.00 to get teeth cleaned and one filling. She filled the wrong tooth! Thank God we went before our kids had a chance to. She won't even return calls when you have a complaint. Bad experience all the way around. My family and I will not be back!
