- BGBethany GilcoApr 4, 20241.0This place doesn't even deserve a ONE star but its the lowest I could give. I have a family of 5, 3 of us were to be seen today for the first time at this office. They went to take my 5 year old back & they wouldn't allow me to go back with him. They said with elementary children they don't like the parents back while they're getting work done. My question is WHY?!?!? I am my childs protector & he's comfortable telling me if something is bothering him vs a dr he doesn't know nor feel comfortable with. I told them I wasn't comfortable with this and the DENTIST, JILL, very rudely said well that's just our policy, I told her I understood the policy & I wasn't comfortable with it so we weren't going to be seen there today. I said what if something is hurting him, hes not going to tell you, to which she replied "Its just a cleaning" & "that's a big chunk of my schedule" I DO NOT CARE ABOUT HER SCHEDULE!!! MY CHILD IS MY CONCERN NOT HER PAYCHECK. I'm very glad we dodged that bullet & chose not to deal with such a rude DR. No wonder she had the availability open to take on 3 new patients. She needs to go to a class and learn how to talk to people or deal with the public. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The location is terrible, parking is terrible and the dentist is BEYOND terrible! I don't know how she is still practicing after reading all the reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Have never just not shown up. Was told it would be considered the 3rd and she’d have to ask to see if they would allow the reschedule. As a mom of small children this is ridiculous.

Although only my daughter, little brother ,and i were being seen. We always rescheduled if we could not make it to an appointment. That’s no reason to kick all of my family out of her practice because things happen. I think it’s quite rude and questionable to me . I would not recommend going here at all you could loose your spot anyday.
