- TFTimothy FortnerOct 24, 20251.0I went to eye Mart in Beckley wv..I was under the impression that I'd be getting my new glasses within an hour and my wife and I was prepared to just wait on them...but instead the lady said my glasses was going to take 10 days before I'd get them.. with 1 hour delivery written all over the store glass windows and the deceitful message on recorded phone calls..I figured out their just like every body else..LIERS you'd think the message would be... glassed in an hour unless you have to get special lenses..but they'd rather lie and desive people instead!!

- GEGabriele ElmoreOct 9, 20251.0I went to the beckley store this evening to pick up some lenses cleaner, there was another customer working with a associate and no one else in the store, I wanted to get that cleaner and kept waiting and waiting while they kept talking and laughing about places they have been, and about hunting and so on, while I was waiting to get my stuff, she never said anything to me, just kept ignoring me, I I asked how much, left the money on the counter and left. I certainly won't be back there. Good help is hard to find. What ashame, so rude
