I took them back and they told me to go back and see my eyedoctor. I refused to leave until they fixed the problem. They had to send the glasses to their main office to have new lenses put in. Problem Not fixed.

- TFTimothy FortnerOct 24, 20251.0I went to eye Mart in Beckley wv..I was under the impression that I'd be getting my new glasses within an hour and my wife and I was prepared to just wait on them...but instead the lady said my glasses was going to take 10 days before I'd get them.. with 1 hour delivery written all over the store glass windows and the deceitful message on recorded phone calls..I figured out their just like every body else..LIERS you'd think the message would be... glassed in an hour unless you have to get special lenses..but they'd rather lie and desive people instead!!
