- KPKristy PerryFeb 21, 20231.0Called and advised that we wanted to cancel order same day that order was placed on October 25th, 2022. Advised that cancellation notice needed signed. Went to sign on October 26th, 2022 and they were closed. We returned on October 27th and signed the cancellation. As of January 21st, 2023 refund has not been issued and my calls are not being returned. Supposedly waiting for owner to do her job and submit the refund.
