- MMMaryJul 3, 20255.0The staff at Pick n Save Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me. I had a new Rx sent from my Dr. I had just seen to Hometown Pharmacy. I went to pick it up, he didn't have it in stock, but he could have it the next day. I live too far away and would have to drive an extra 2 hrs., so I asked him to transfer it to another Pharmacy, and I could have it to use right away. He told me that I had to find a pharmacy that had it, and they would have to call him to get it transferred. I didn't even know the name of the drug, and I had to insist on him writing it down for me so I could find someone who had it in stock. I went to Pick n Save Pharmacy who had it, and they went out of their way to help me, despite the fact that they were very busy. They filled it in a timely manner, and even though they were busy, they were so kind and pleasant to me. I watched them interact with other customers, and they always smiled and were friendly. I am so grateful to the pharmacy technician and pharmacist at Wis. Rapids Pick n Save that helped me. They were professional, but very caring.
