- JRJess RothOct 6, 20251.0PSA for anyone who needs ADHD medications. I have used this location only twice now since I moved to this side of town. This time my refill seemed to be different so I called to ask the pharmacist when it worked differently. It was a calm call where I explained the situation how I did not blame them I was simply looking to understand so I could correct whatever the error was and get it corrected. Essentially it came down there being a “shortage” so rather than letting me know that they went ahead and filled it with a different manufacturer of the medication. (which I understand has been a thing for now 5-6years this isn’t new to me) What is new is having a place just fill it with whatever and not letting me the patient know. Then when I asked what I can do to get my correct medication the pharmacist got an attitude when I Probly wouldn’t use them again if this is how they handle these situations. Male pharmacists some response was “good luck with that” then rudely hung up. Different manufacturers make the medication differently and as such it has a different effect on people, not only that but this is frustrating to go through and instead of being a helpful resource this particular pharmacy shrugged it off and sent me on my way. I do not normally write reviews but this is horrible customer service but beyond that this is not okay and not how handle people’s medications, health should be handled. I hope this review reaches the people it should because although my medication is not “life saving” if this is how you handle my medication I wouldn’t trust you to handle those.
