- AHAmy HuebnerJan 31, 20261.0I just tried to return a package of non dairy mozzarella cheese that when I opened it, discovered mold. I understand they have a no return policy without receipt but I had a snapshot of my receipt and they still wouldn't return it. I left it and told them they no to to way better quality control. I had obviously just bought it so the fact they we wouldn't even let me exchange it affirmed my decision to no longer shop at that pick and save.

Drove 15 minutes to get 5 items for my husband's birthday dinner: steak filets, scallops (fresh or frozen), frozen pre-made soup, potatoes, and sour cream. I walked out with russet potatoes that are really good small for baked potatoes, and sour cream. The only meat items behind the counter were 5 different flavors of marinated chicken beasts, ground beef, and pork chops. The filets that were prepackaged were grey, every single one of them. No scallops or pre-made frozen soup. Unfortunately I have $95 more dollars on my gift card and am unable to get cash for the remainder. Don't waste your time going to any Pick N' Save.

I was told that they are really busy and could I pick it up the following day. Isnt this a pharmacy? You fill prescriptions all day, this is what you do. I thought that this was absolutely insane to ask a customer.
