- VEVickie Ernst4 days ago2.0Was given a different ear piece and did not fit in the ear properly. I wanted the smaller ear cone I use to have. (Came back to get the smaller ear piece. ). She recommended to wait or come back in 1 1/2 hours, she was busy. Returned in an 11/2hours. She said she was too busy and doesn’t have any help and could not assist me. I understand she is busy but why tell someone to come back and she would assist. We do not live near the clinic so it was all wasted time, waiting. This particular clinic seems to be understaffed on a regular bases. The staff are nice but the inability to service customers has happened multiple times.

The only issue I have with the office is that she is overbooked and getting additional appointments would take weeks to find n opening in her schedule.

This is not just a hearing facility they make you feel like you're part of the family. I would give them higher than a five if I could because they are very professional in what they do. I lost a large percentage of my hearing working in a factory for so many years. A n n recommended a lawyer that works for her clients that need help he is very very good.
