- BVBen John VoropayevAug 12, 20241.0I don’t know where to start. I have always used this Pharmacy and when Mitch was there it was a fantastic place to get my Medications from. However, when the New Management came into effect and was taken over by Jill, it became AWFUL! I am someone who keeps on top of my Medications. I like to be prepared and organised so I do not miss my Medications or go without. However, I was accused of “Over-Medicating”. I have never, nor ever abused my Medications in anyway. However, I was and this has tarnished my reputation. On the occasion I was accused of “Over Medicating” and was accused of being someone else who had called after I had. This led them to believe I was abusing my Medications and then refused to fill them. She spoke to my Provider who expressed a wanting to have a conversation. I am not bothered by speaking to my Provider as I know that (as does she), I have always been honest and open and this would not change. I just absolutely cannot believe the terrible behaviour of the staff, especially when I was out right accused of “Over-Medicating” over the phone and spoken to like I was garbage. They are absolutely vile and I’m glad I will no longer have to deal with them. However, I will be taking this further as they should not act or behave like this and any further retaliation from them will be discussed. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!

- LLLukeFeb 26, 20231.0Terribly unprofessional staff. They've hung up on myself and my Dr's office. They attempted to tell my Doctor which medications she needed to prescribe me as if they sit in on my appointments. Mitch is on a power trip, the rest there aren't much better. Don't go here unless you have no other choice.
