- CBchadd brownSep 2, 20251.0This is the worst location around by far. Absolutely no professionalism, hours are regularly inaccurate, and these folks very clearly don't have any concern with health beyond working here. Customer service is virtually non-existent and you would do well to drive to a different store. I highly suggest they either shut this location down or hire completely new management. Specifically our "consultant" Sineer, according to our receipt should not be a customer-facing employee for a number of reasons, not the least of which is her bad attitude about doing her job. A simple question, which apparently inconvenienced her conversation while the store was completely empty, seemed to be enough to discard any customer-service that may have existed prior.

She was patient, knowledgeable and super sweet. I definitely recommend going to the GNC in stadford plaza. She can help you with all your health and workout needs!!!!
