- MHMichael / Yaakov HandlerDec 18, 20255.0Every one of the staff that was there throughout my visit, was very kind and patient, they gave me all the time I needed and helped me with everything, the eye Dr gave me the time I needed to check my eyes thoroughly, and rechecked when I told her I've been having a hard time over the last couple of years, giving me All the time and patience I needed for my concerns, the staff helped me with picking out my glasses, listening very well to what style I liked and disliked, and brought/picked out frames just as I requested, when it comes to the bill, she gave me all the time I needed to calculate different frames and lenses choices, so I can make an educated decision, although the visit took me longer than I expected, the only person I can blame for that, is me, the staff did a phenomenal job, I would recommend them to anyone who asks me, and I'm definitely going to go back there when I need any follow-up. Thanks for great service.
