Because every time, something is broken: both printers are down, the computer system crashes, and staff keep referring to the infamous “black screen of death.” This isn’t a one-time issue. It happened two years ago, again last year, and just yesterday. How this location continues to operate—let alone turn a profit—is beyond me. It’s a complete train wreck from top to bottom.
