Miranda was excellent at explaining every step of the process since the dr was out on maternity leave and the exam was being done virtually. After the exam my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Delores who was do kind, patient and funny with helping us get the best deal for my husband!

The young lady that fitted with my glasses was very fast but efficient. I had somewhere to go so I didn’t face much time to wait so they got me out of there in no time. This was my best experience ever. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile until I was called back for the first part of my exam. Dr. Xiong is the cutest, she explained to me about my current vision issues and answered any question that I had. The lady that checked me out was the best, she got me the best for my money and offered promotions and additional ways to save with using my insurance benefits. Thank you Lend crafters, I will certainly will be back.
